We offer complete consulting and project planning services, including initial concept, market analysis, site evaluation, program, schematic design, consultant coordination,contract documents, entitlements, bidding supervision, construction monitoring, and followup details. We have done as much or as little as our clients like. In addition to entitlements and other management, we design neighborhoods, buildings, gardens, signage, marketing materials, and much more. We sweat the details, and believe that is a key to success. Our rates are negotiable and can be quoted by the job or by the hour. Our standard hourly rate is $200 per hour for commercial and urban design work, $125 per hour for residential and other design work. We can offer reduced rates for longer contract work, depending on the nature of the job. Our goal is to be a competitive and cost-effective resource for your project.
